In order to better protect your personal information, please read and fully understand this policy before using the products and services of Autophix Tech Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Autophix"). Once you use or continue to use the products or services provided by Autophix,you agree that we will process your relevant information in accordance with this policy. You have the right to refuse to provide us with your personal information, but your refusal to collect and use relevant information may affect your use of some functions.

2. What information is stored locally (Mobile phone or tablet) and what information is stored on the server.

Information collection/store/use

When users send feedback to us, the following information will be passed to our staff, so that the staff can answer your questions in time. The following information will only be sent after the user clicks the "Submit" button. , and we will not actively collect it. The feedback information includes:

1. Required information: email address, problems you encountered during the use of this device.

2. Optional information: mobile phone number, WeChat ID, problem description or picture; vehicle brand, model, year, place of production, vehicle identification code.

3. Additional information: APP name and version number, device name and version number, system information.

If the application has a membership function, the information filled in by the user during the registration process will be stored on the server, and they can enjoy more services we provide after registration. When the user cancels their account, the following information will also be deleted:

1. Required information: account, password.

2. Optional information: user name, gender, and address.

We do not store any information on the vehicle terminal, and some of the information is stored on the local (Mobile phone or tablet) . The information stored on local as following, which can be reset or deleted by the user:

1. Customized information for the dashboard.

2. Vehicle diagnosis report: including fault code record, vehicle condition detection report, freeze frame detection report, screenshots, etc.

3. The information in settings.

Diagnostic reports can be shared by using the sharing applications installed on the user's mobile phone (or tablet). These applications do not belong to Autophix, Autophix is not responsible for collecting, storing or using the information shared by these applications.

Information security

We strive to protect the security of users' information and prevent information loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure.

All information collected is only for improving products and services and not be provided to third parties.

We will use various security measures to ensure information security. For example, we use encryption (eg, Using asymmetric encryption algorithm), anonymization, close some port numbers with security risks (eg, port 21) and other means to protect your personal information.

We have established specialized management systems, processes and organizations to ensure user information security. For example, we strictly limit the range of people accessing information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and conduct audits.

In the event of a security incident such as a personal information disclosure, we will initiate an emergency plan to prevent the security incident from expanding and inform you by push notifications, announcements, etc.
